Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the complex nature of our shuttle operations and to give you the best fare deals, we often have others joining the shuttle or booked on the return trip. Your cancellation effects the viability of each shuttle trip. The following cancellation and refunds policy will apply with no exceptions.
We can also offer you the same value in fares on anyone of our existing shuttles listed on our Budget Fare Page of our Web Site. Subject to available seats and non transferable to other persons. This offer is only valid 14 days from cancelled booking date and up to our discretion.
Waiting Time Fees
Your transport quotes are basd on travel time from point A to B. We allow for toilet stops where needed and 30 minute stops on trips longer more than 5 hours. If you require a meal or shopping stop, you must contact us at the time of your booking. Waiting time is charged at $50 per hour. To avoid a waitng time fee. We advise you to either shop or eat before we pick you up.
Alternatively for a small fee. We can arrange for a local shuttle company to pick you up from your arrival point and transport you to the nearest shopping Mall / supermarket. Then an agreed time can be arranged for us to pick you up from this location.
Food and drinks are NOT to be consumed on any of our shuttles. Only water is acceptable. This is a strict rule that we enforce to keep our shuttles clean for you and for others that may have to use the shuttle after you.
Airport and Ferry Pick Ups
Please advise us when you make your booking of your arrival time. Our shuttle will pick you up 30 minutes after your arrival time at an agreed point. This allows time for you to claim your baggage and sort your gear. If your arrival time is delayed more than 30 minutes, we will try to fit you on the next available shuttle if transport logistics allow . The shuttle can wait, but our $50 per hour waiting time will apply after the first free 30 minutes.
Return Track End Transport
All return track end transport must be paid in full before the date of transport.
